  • Focus on the role of the Central Bank: supervision of clearing houses and payment

3/ THE FRENCH REGULATORY FRAMEWORK

  • The various regulatory authorities (BDF, CCLRF, National Sanctions Commission, etc.)
  • Focus on the role and missions of the AMF
  • Focus on the role and missions of the ACPR
  • Focus on the role of the Sanction Commission
